eAhLong.com is TalkingCock.com's first foray into film.

Premiering at the 2001 Singapore International Film Festival, it beat seasoned film-makers to clinch the Special Achievement Award, the only prize given to a local short film this year.

Filmed on a non-existent budget, eAhLong.com is a short movie for which TalkingCock.com the Special Achievement Award at the 2001 Singapore International Film Festival's Short Film competition.

Plot Synopsis:

Ah Seng has just finished poly and he wants to modernize his father's business: unfortunately, his dad is an illegal loanshark ("ah long"). In true TalkingCock fashion, this is a wry and hilarious look at what happens when the new economy meets a very old-fashioned business model.

The film is based on a famous piece of advice given by Ah Beng in his Dear Ah Beng column. (Rather disturbingly, it's been circulating all round the Net, without attribution. We will hunt down the nao hiah responsible in order to deliver him certain pertinent porcine parts!)
